Lightcast Profiles contain sensitive PII data on individuals and it’s our responsibility to assure that it is handled securely and on a need-to-know basis. With that, Lightcast Legal and Compliance with the Data Strategy team have implemented a data access request form for teams/employees to fill out:

Once approval is granted from the employee’s manager, requested and approved Data Source credentials will be created by IT and employee’s will receive an email once all accounts are ready.
