T-Shirt Sizing Guidance

The Goal

By assigning t-shirt sizes to epics, we are attempting to correctly predict the number of epics that can be completed within a given PI.

This means that t-shirt sizes should be team agnostic – for example, an Analyst team’s Medium must represent the same amount of days of work that a Micro team’s Medium does. Otherwise, we’ll never be able to figure out whether or not work that crosses team boundaries can get done in a single PI.
